Ten Minutes Peace is a time to myself and myself only. A time where I can collect my thoughts and feelings and gather them to alignment. Feeling at peace, calm and relaxed is how you can become a successful person in everything you do
— N.M.P (Nadia, sixth form student) CoLAI
Molly and the Ten Minutes Peace programme has been really amazing. The sequences are accessible and memorable which has allowed every child in my class partake in 10 minutes of calm every afternoon. It has improved their mood and behaviour for learning when entering the afternoon lessons each day.
— Mia – year 4 Teacher
It has been useful to reset after what can be a very busy morning at work and reflect on goal setting for the day ahead. Being able to do this sets us up to succeed within the classroom as the attitude we enter the day is a lot calmer and mindful of our surroundings and feelings. Happy teacher = Happy class.
— Nadia – Year 6 Teacher
10 Minutes peace has a huge impact on the staff. The training helped staff to see how the programme feels, because the staff felt the positive impact a 10 minutes peace session had on them, they were more willing to do it with their class. Children come into my room and talk about the different poses, stretches and how calming they find some of the activities. It has been helpful in ensuring everyone is focused, calm and ready to learn.

Molly and has been working with our year 11 students at City of London Academy Islington for two years and has had significant impact on their well-being. Students regularly receive support with exam stress and coping with anxiety which has become an invaluable resource for our young people. Her mannerism and calming nature around the pupils is outstanding and she has built several positive relationships. She performs a weekly check in service with students and works with them prior to the start of their examinations.

TMP is the best thing my child has been taught at Brookfield. My child used the flower breaths to calm herself recently when she was feeling frustrated!
— Parent - Brookfield Primary school
This program is really well designed for teachers to access and use at any time of the school day that they would find useful. The children found the activities engaging and they are well designed to calm and re-focus a class as well as supporting the practice of mindfulness.
Molly was really flexible and motivating when training our staff and it was a really valuable process – thanks!
— Rebecca Wall - Deputy Head, Fleet Primary School
The audios are great in supporting me with being able to remember the order of the sequences and are also helpful for the children to listen to a different voice in the room! I have the poster up on the screen which is visually supportive for the children. They love it! It’s great for after lunch.
