TEn MINUTES PEACE - Home Coaching Sessions

Our aim is to make this an easy daily practice and tool for families. Over five days we will teach the Ten Minutes Peace programme so you can embed this wholesome practice into your home life - it’s a wonderful method to have in your parenting tool-kit during fractious times, or to regroup after a stressful day. Used everyday it can promote lifelong benefits of self-care, stress control and management. It is easy to learn and practice; and offers a chance to pause and re-focus at any point in the day with a few simple techniques.

How It Works

10-15 minute coaching sessions with families / children for five consecutive days.

Taught via Zoom after school

Book 10 minute slots. Between 4-5.30pm to choose from. 

A free booster session 6 weeks after the initial coaching.

Once your session schedule is agreed we send you a confirmation email, introducing you to your Ten Minutes Peace coach - with contact information and payment details. All coaches are fully vetted with DBS certificates.  On the day you’ll get a reminder message and then your coach will meet you on Zoom at your scheduled time.
