Like yoga, mindfulness practices and other practices Ten Minutes Peace can help all children to live a healthier and more engaged life particularly in the context of school.   • Fundamental movement skills, balance and coordination

  • Breath awareness and techniques. Learning to breathe properly reduces stress levels, lowers heart rate and aids in disengaging from distracting thoughts and sensations

Ten Minutes Peace can sometimes be less than 10 minutes! I use it between transitions to refocus and calm the children.
