TEN mINUTES PEACE
The Ten Minutes Peace programme is designed to enable children, teachers and parents to embed a wholesome yoga and breathing practice into their school life, home environment, and beyond. It is time and cost effective; and offers a chance to pause and re-group at any point in the day with a few simple techniques.
The Practice
A simple, accessible routine that can be practiced at any time of the day.
Yoga and stretching, breath awareness, gratefulness practice and meditation. All in 10 minutes. It is practiced as a group with the class teacher, or as a family at home, bringing everyone together. Helping to create a sense of unity and care for others, re-focus negative feelings, and deal with stress and anxiety.
